In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing healthcare compliance and care coordination through the development of structured evaluation tasks. As a Compliance & Care Coordination Expert, you will create long-horizon tasks that reflect real-world scenarios, each accompanied by a deterministic rubric to assess agent performance against verifiable standards. Your work will focus on ensuring that tasks have checkable answers, avoiding subjective judgments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop scenarios related to regulatory compliance, including HIPAA documentation and CMS quality reporting.
- Create care coordination tasks, such as care plans and handoff documents, that adhere to clinical guidelines.
- Design value-based care scenarios, focusing on HEDIS/STAR gap closure and HCC coding.
- Engage in challenging tasks that require sustained focus and attention to detail.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in care coordination, case management, or healthcare compliance.
- Preferred qualifications include RN, LCSW, CCM, or equivalent credentials.
- Expertise in HEDIS and STAR measures, HCC coding, care plan documentation, and HIPAA program operations.
- Ability to read and produce care coordination artifacts, including care plans, case notes, and compliance memos.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and develop deterministic rubrics.
- Must be located in the United States.
This is a remote position with an hourly employment type.
CompensationThe compensation ranges from $70 to $95 per hour, depending on domain expertise and prior experience. High-performing contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on the quality of their work and task throughput.
