Role Overview
Financial services professionals apply banking, credit, and risk expertise to evaluate and improve AI responses for real-world financial tasks and language. This is a remote, project-based role where subject-matter knowledge is used to create and assess AI outputs that reflect actual industry practice.
Key Responsibilities- Develop industry-specific prompts and examples to guide AI behavior.
- Evaluate large language model responses for accuracy, relevance, and professional tone in financial contexts.
- Provide domain-specific feedback to help AI systems better understand professional tasks and language.
- Contribute to projects as assigned; specific tasks will vary by project and placement.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: Credit Authorizers, Checkers, and Clerks; Financial Risk Specialists; Bank Tellers.
- Able to work primarily asynchronously, collaborating with AI research teams and project contributors.
- Engagement type: Part-time, remote, asynchronous.
- Flexible hours, with no minimum hourly commitment required.
- Work independently from any location where you are authorized to work.
- The program runs year-round; project opportunities open periodically and placement into a project depends on project availability.
Up to $100/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Work with your Designated School Official to determine whether CPT or OPT applies to these projects.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported for these projects.

- Complete required identity verification.
- Review available projects that match your expertise, accept invitations, and complete project-specific onboarding.
- Begin contributing to assigned projects and receive compensation according to the project terms.
