Role Overview

Apply your personal finance expertise to help train next-generation AI systems focused on household and individual financial decisions. You will evaluate realistic financial scenarios, craft prompts and rubrics, and provide detailed feedback that shapes how models reason about advising, tax planning, investing, and related topics. No prior experience in AI is required; domain knowledge and clear written and verbal communication are the priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess a variety of personal financial scenarios using professional experience to ensure accurate and practical evaluations.
  • Design and draft realistic financial advising prompts that mirror genuine client questions and concerns.
  • Develop structured rubrics to evaluate AI-generated financial recommendations for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and ethical considerations.
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback on AI outputs, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in financial reasoning.
  • Contribute subject-matter insights from tax planning, investment strategy, banking, and personal finance best practices to inform deliverables.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and other domain experts via written and verbal communication.
  • Monitor relevant trends and regulatory changes that affect personal and household financial decisions and incorporate them where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in financial advising, wealth management, banking, investment analysis, or tax planning.
  • Familiarity with frameworks or rubrics used for financial decision-making and client assessment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven background creating, reviewing, or applying financial guidance for individuals or households.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail when reviewing and critiquing content.
  • Experience with remote or distributed project-based work is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of personal finance regulations, tax considerations, and industry standards.
