Financial Data Analyst for AI Training

• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to ensure high-quality annotations and data accuracy.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet techniques to organize, validate, and manipulate large datasets.
• Label, annotate, and categorize financial data, ensuring consistency and precision.
• Collaborate with data science and product teams to share financial insights.
• Review and validate financial documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
• Communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously improve annotation processes by identifying opportunities for automation or optimization.

• 3+ years of professional experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated experience with financial data annotation or data labeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Prior experience working in remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AI training data or machine learning projects.
• Experience in financial compliance or regulatory environments.

Contract position, fully remote.

Hourly rate between $40 and $65.
