Finance Professional for AI Model Evaluation

About this role
Finance professionals apply their financial analysis, modeling, and advisory experience to evaluate and improve AI-generated financial content. You will assess accuracy, analytical rigor, clarity, and real-world relevance, and provide targeted feedback so AI systems better understand financial concepts, quantitative reasoning, industry terminology, and professional communication. This is a part-time, project-based independent contractor role that can be performed alongside primary employment and is not a traditional full-time corporate, banking, consulting, or investment position.
Key Responsibilities- Design job-related prompts and scenarios that reflect real-world finance tasks.
- Review AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, appropriate assumptions, quantitative rigor, and clear presentation.
- Validate or critique financial models, calculations, and interpretations included in AI outputs.
- Assess clarity and professionalism of written outputs for client or internal use.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback and examples to improve AI performance on finance tasks.
- Follow written project guidelines and maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive or proprietary material.
- Bachelor''s degree in Finance or a closely related field.
- Professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, asset management, or a related finance role.
- Hands-on experience conducting financial analysis, building or reviewing financial models, and interpreting financial statements.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently and following written instructions.
- Professional judgment, reliability, and a high standard of discretion and confidentiality.
- No prior AI or technical experience required.
- Status: Independent contractor, not a full-time employee role.
- Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
- Schedule: Flexible and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirement. Many contributors work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week when assigned to an active project.
- Duration and availability: The program runs year-round and opens projects periodically across different finance specializations. Placement and assignment depend on current project needs, with opportunities to be considered for future projects as they become available.
- Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).
- F-1 students may be eligible if authorized for CPT or OPT. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, participation in this program may not satisfy that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported.
- Any additional work authorization limitations or documentation requirements should be confirmed before applying.
To apply and begin work you will create an account on the program portal, complete identity verification, and complete onboarding for relevant finance projects. After onboarding you can join available project assignments, accept tasks, and begin performing paid work. Project-specific onboarding and assessments may be required to match you to appropriate assignments.
