About this role
Role Overview

- Flag tasks that are too broad, too generic, or unlikely to measure real finance capability
- Provide concise, structured written feedback and targeted recommendations to improve task realism
- When necessary, cross-check task logic with trusted domain peers to uphold quality across the sprint
- Researcher track: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience; Senior reviewer track: 8 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Professional background in quantitative research, systematic trading, portfolio construction, or a closely related field
- Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience building or reviewing quantitative research
- Deep knowledge of research bias, data quality, validation methods, transaction costs, risk measurement, and implementation constraints
- Excellent written communication, able to explain not only whether something is correct, but why
