Finance Expert for AI Model Training

As a Finance Expert, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in finance to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping how AI models learn, reason, and perform, utilizing high-quality, real-world input. This position allows you to apply your domain expertise without requiring prior experience in AI.

• Provide high-level insights and feedback on finance-related content, particularly in Private Equity (PE) and Investment Banking (IB).
• Evaluate and refine financial models, reports, and documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Review and assess AI-generated outputs for correctness, clarity, and alignment with industry standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to effectively communicate complex financial concepts in both written and verbal forms.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in finance, especially within the PE and IB sectors.
• Deliver constructive, actionable recommendations to enhance AI training and outputs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity and the highest level of domain-specific nuance in all tasks.

• Deep expertise in finance, with demonstrable experience in Private Equity and/or Investment Banking.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining intricate concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in reviewing, editing, or creating complex financial materials.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing deadlines and priorities efficiently.
• High level of integrity and professional judgment in handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with industry standards, financial modeling, and reporting best practices.

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience contributing to AI, data annotation, or technology-driven finance projects.
• Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar credentials are a distinct advantage.
