Role Overview
Provide specialist equity research support to a foundational model AI lab by analyzing public company disclosures and extracting structured, reliable information from SEC filings to inform model training and research outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and extract data and insights from public SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and related disclosure documents.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and well-organized research deliverables that map filing content to project requirements.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure extracted information meets quality and format standards for downstream use.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience at top firms in equity research.
- Proven, hands-on experience analyzing and extracting information from public SEC filings.
- Remote role, candidates must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Hourly engagement, minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
- Minimum engagement length of four weeks.
- Successful contributions increase the likelihood of selection for future related projects.
Paid hourly at 120 USD per hour.
