Dutch Audio Recording Expert for AI Training

Record high-quality, natural Dutch speech that will be used to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on producing professional-grade audio samples, following project guidelines to ensure clarity, authenticity, and diverse linguistic coverage. No prior AI experience is required, your domain expertise in audio production and native-level Dutch are the primary qualifications.

• Record clear, authentic Dutch audio samples using professional equipment, following provided scripts and style guidelines.
• Produce recordings that cover a range of prompts and scenarios to capture diverse linguistic and phonetic variations.
• Submit sample recordings as part of the selection process to demonstrate voice quality and equipment capabilities.
• Incorporate feedback and revise recordings to meet project specifications for clarity, accuracy, format, and labeling.
• Document recording methods and share best practices for capturing high-fidelity, natural Dutch speech.
• Communicate in writing and verbally with the project team to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and support deliverable quality.
• Manage audio files securely, following best practices for file naming, organization, and digital transfer.

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch, with an authentic accent and excellent fluency.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in professional audio recording, voice work, broadcast, or content production.
• Access to and proficiency with professional audio equipment, for example studio microphones, soundproofing, and audio editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to consistent, high-quality output.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working remotely or in distributed teams, demonstrating accountability and timely delivery of assets.
• Familiarity with audio file management, labeling conventions, and secure digital transfer methods.

Hourly pay range: $20.00 to $40.00 per hour.

• Must have and be prepared to demonstrate professional audio equipment during the interview and sample submission.
