Data Privacy Analyst

Help improve next-generation AI systems by reviewing transformed datasets for the accurate protection of sensitive information. This remote contract role focuses on careful validation of personal identifiable information, thorough document review, and clear reporting of privacy issues.

You will contribute real-world data privacy expertise to AI training and evaluation work. The role emphasizes qualitative judgment and detailed spot checks to confirm that sensitive details have been properly redacted or anonymized.

• Conduct spot checks of transformed datasets to identify and validate appropriate PII redaction or anonymization.
• Perform detailed document reviews to confirm that data privacy standards are consistently maintained.
• Assess datasets for missed or improperly handled sensitive information and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Document and report discrepancies and observations using supplied tools and templates.
• Apply data privacy expertise to help train and improve AI systems.

• Strong background in contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery, or compliance processes.
• In-depth understanding of PII and data privacy regulations.
• Experience as a Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, Compliance Manager, or Legal Document Review Lead is preferred.
• Experience in legal document review, litigation support, or managed legal services.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive data in high-stakes environments.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and accuracy under pressure.

• $31 to $60 per hour.
