Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in empowering data-driven decision-making within our organization. Utilizing industry-leading business intelligence tools, you will translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, making a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

• Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Metabase to enhance business performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective analytics and reporting solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to end users.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to support ongoing business initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytic projects and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly through written documentation and verbal presentations.
• Continuously evaluate new data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.

• 3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency with Metabase for developing analytics and dashboard solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Employment Type: Part-time, Contractor

Hourly rate ranges from $50 to $80.

This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
