Role Overview

As a Customer Success Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in customer success management and AI training to drive innovative solutions. This high-impact role involves designing complex, realistic AI training scenarios, collaborating across functions, and championing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-fidelity, challenging customer success prompts and training tasks for AI systems.
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of AI training tasks with real-world customer support challenges.
  • Utilize platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and ServiceNow to simulate and assess complex customer inquiries.
  • Create diverse scenarios reflecting actual customer interactions to ensure rigorous AI evaluation and training.
  • Deliver clear, actionable feedback to both technical and non-technical stakeholders on task performance and workflow optimizations.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and proactive communication via Slack, Gmail, and calendar management tools.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in customer success management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, ServiceNow, and other leading customer support tools.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven capability in scenario creation, feedback delivery, and complex workflow analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration on complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in AI or ML training and task design for customer support applications.
  • Background in delivering high-fidelity prompts and scenario-based testing for AI models.
  • Familiarity with current best practices in customer success for AI-powered organizations.
Work Terms

This is a contract position that allows for remote work.

Compensation

The hourly pay ranges from $6 to $110, depending on experience and qualifications.
