Role Overview
Credit Processors apply their credit and risk expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and help the system better reflect real-world credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending operations. This is a part-time, project-based contract role you can perform remotely alongside your primary employment.

- Use professional experience in credit processing to create job-related questions and tasks for AI evaluation
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with real-world credit operations and lending workflows
- Provide detailed feedback and examples that improve the AI''s understanding of credit decisioning, documentation review, and risk assessment
- Follow written guidelines and apply professional judgment when handling sensitive or proprietary information
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in credit processing, credit administration, collections, or closely related roles
- Hands-on experience reviewing credit applications, verifying documentation, and supporting lending or credit decision workflows
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, follow written instructions, and exercise discretion with confidential information
- No prior AI or technical experience required
- Engagement type: Independent contractor, not a full-time employee
- Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer
- Schedule: Flexible and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirement
- Typical commitment when active on a project: many contributors work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week
- Duration and availability: Projects run year-round and open periodically across different subject areas, placement is project-dependent and future opportunities may be available as new projects launch
- Pay: Up to $75/hr, depending on the project
- Work authorization: F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate, but you must consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement
- STEM OPT is not supported
