Corporate Finance Analyst for AI Model Evaluation

Corporate Finance Analysts apply hands-on financial analysis, treasury management, and enterprise finance systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs and produce expert-level financial work in a project-based, remote setting.

• Assess and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated corporate finance content so models better reflect real-world workflows and practices.
• Independently produce analytical deliverables and data outputs using the same tools and processes you use professionally.
• Complete realistic finance tasks in a structured project format, for example building price forecast models and developing PPA documentation.
• Document assumptions, methodology, and critiques clearly so feedback is actionable for research teams and model developers.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, or equivalent finance roles.
• Relevant past roles include, but are not limited to, Investment Banking Analyst, M&A Analyst, Corporate Development Analyst, Treasury Analyst, Treasury Manager, Cash Management Specialist, SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant, or S/4HANA Finance Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with one or more tools such as S&P Capital IQ, Kyriba, or SAP HANA.
• Strong written communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.

• Engagement is part-time, hourly contract work, performed fully remote.
• Schedule is flexible and asynchronous, there is no minimum weekly hour requirement; most contributors work roughly 5 to 20 hours per week while participating in an active project.
• This is an ongoing, project-based arrangement, suited to be done alongside research, teaching, postdoctoral work, or industry employment.
• Placement on specific projects depends on current project needs, with consideration for future projects as they become available.

Up to $80/hr (depending on the project)

• STEM OPT is not supported for this work.
• You must hold the necessary work authorization for independent contractor, hourly contract work in your jurisdiction.

• Complete required identity verification steps.
• Apply to or join onboarding for projects that match your skills and experience, and complete any project-specific onboarding tasks.
• Once onboarded to an active project, begin performing contract work and receive compensation according to the project terms.
