This one-time remote research opportunity involves completing a structured online survey about clinical workflows, patient care coordination, operational challenges, documentation, and emerging healthcare technology.

• Complete a structured online survey in approximately 30 minutes.
• Share real-world insights from patient care and clinical operations.
• Provide feedback on care delivery workflows, patient communication, documentation, care coordination, staffing, and technology use.
• Discuss operational challenges and improvement opportunities in outpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Offer perspectives on how AI tools could support clinicians and care teams.

• Currently practice clinically and are actively involved in direct patient care.
• Work in an ambulatory, outpatient, urgent care, or community-based clinical setting.
• Hold a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Physician, Registered Nurse in a clinical care-delivery role, Care Manager, or Care Coordinator position.
• Have experience with outpatient, ambulatory, urgent care, or community-based healthcare environments.
• Are familiar with day-to-day clinical workflows and patient coordination processes.
• Can comfortably and independently complete a structured online survey.
