About this role

Role Overview

Apply your outpatient clinical expertise to improve the accuracy, safety, and practical value of clinical documentation and decision-support AI. You will review, annotate, and evaluate documentation using the perspective of a practicing ambulatory physician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review outpatient clinical notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness.
  • Assess AI-generated notes and summaries against the documentation a practicing physician would produce.
  • Annotate outpatient encounter data according to detailed guidelines.
  • Identify omissions, hallucinations, clinical inaccuracies, and documentation gaps in AI-generated output.
  • Provide structured written feedback for engineering and product teams.
  • Contribute expertise to annotation guidelines, documentation standards, and edge-case definitions.
  • Raise questions when guidance is unclear and help refine the guidelines.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO currently practicing in an outpatient or ambulatory setting, in any specialty.
  • Based in the United States.
  • Direct experience writing clinical notes in an outpatient setting.
  • English proficiency plus advanced C1 or higher speaking, listening, and writing ability in at least one additional language: Czech, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, Vietnamese, or Finnish.
  • Written language proficiency is essential because the work involves reviewing clinical material and producing structured feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of post-residency clinical practice.
  • Familiarity with Epic.
  • Experience with clinical documentation quality review, note auditing, or clinical documentation integrity exposure.
  • Prior AI or machine learning annotation or model-evaluation experience.
  • Experience documenting patient care in a language other than English.
Work Terms
  • Remote, part-time hourly engagement.
  • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling designed to fit around an active clinical practice.
Compensation

$170 to $190 per hour.

Eligibility

This opportunity is for currently practicing outpatient or ambulatory physicians in the multilingual cohort who meet the English and additional-language requirements.
