Finance Analyst for AI Model Evaluation

This position offers an exciting opportunity for finance experts to leverage their domain knowledge and analytical skills in collaboration with researchers to enhance the performance of AI models. You will apply your finance expertise across various areas, including corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting, while contributing to the advancement of AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

• Evaluate model outputs in finance-related tasks and identify gaps where models do not perform well.
• Develop rubrics and structured assessments for specialized areas such as deal analysis, M&A assessments, and investment scenarios.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

• Experience: 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Qualifications: CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared, or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred. Candidates with relevant on-job experience and training will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management within your domain of expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Commitment: Flexible, 10, 30 hours per week.
• Duration: Approximately 1 month, with potential extension based on performance and project needs.
