Role Overview
Banking experts apply transaction, modeling, and deal execution experience to help train and evaluate AI systems on real-world financial tasks and language.
Key Responsibilities- Create domain-specific prompts, inputs, and scenarios that reflect real banking workflows and terminology.
- Evaluate and annotate large language model responses for accuracy, relevance, and practical applicability to banking tasks.
- Research and develop examples drawn from real transactions and industry practices, using AI tools as an aid when appropriate.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance on M&A, financing, valuation, and related topics.
- Participate in projects on an as-available basis, with assignments varying by current project needs and openings.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: Investment Banking Analyst or Associate, Private Equity Associate. Private Equity applicants must also have 2 or more years of prior investment banking analyst experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience at top-tier firms, including GS, JPM, Centerview, Morgan Stanley, Evercore, Lazard, Moelis, PJT (RX), Bank of America (M&A).
- Ability to work primarily asynchronously and independently, including collaboration with leading AI research teams when required.
- Remote, asynchronous work performed independently from your location.
- Part-time engagement, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.
- Project placement is not guaranteed and depends on current project availability; the program runs year-round and new opportunities open periodically.

- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be able to participate, subject to your school and Designated School Official guidance. If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not satisfy that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported for participation.
