About this role

Role Overview

Banking experts apply investment banking and private equity experience to design domain-specific prompts, evaluate large language model outputs, and help AI systems better understand real-world banking tasks and professional language. This role supports ongoing AI research projects that run year-round, with new project opportunities opening periodically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and refine domain-specific prompts and inputs for financial and banking scenarios
  • Assess large language model responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, and adherence to professional standards
  • Conduct independent research on banking topics, using AI tools to inform prompt design and evaluations
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback and examples to guide model improvements
  • Onboard into and contribute to projects as they become available, working primarily asynchronously
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: Investment Banking Analyst, Investment Banking Associate, Private Equity Associate
  • Applicants with the Private Equity Associate title must also have at least 2 years of prior experience as an investment banking analyst
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience at top-tier firms, including Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Centerview, Morgan Stanley, Evercore, Lazard, Moelis, PJT (RX), or Bank of America (M&A)
  • Ability to participate in primarily asynchronous work and collaborate with leading AI research teams
Work Terms

Location: Remote. Employment type: Part time. Schedule: flexible hours, asynchronous work permitted. Placement into specific projects is dependent on project availability.

Compensation

Up to $150/hr (depending on the project)

Eligibility

F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for projects, but you must confirm eligibility with your designated school official. If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported. Refer to the program Help Center article for full details on supported work authorizations.
