Android Studio User on macOS

Role Overview

Use your hands-on, real-world experience with Android Studio in a remote hourly engagement. This opportunity is for professionals who already work with this specialized Android application development environment on macOS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, real-world experience using Android Studio, an Android and mobile development environment used with Kotlin and Java.
• Android Studio must already be installed and available on your own Mac running macOS, and you must be able to open it today.
• Software licenses, virtual machines, and hardware are not provided.

Technology Requirements

You must be able to capture screenshots exceeding 2.5 megapixels through one of the following setups:

• Single high-resolution monitor: A display meeting or exceeding one of these minimum resolutions: 4:3, 1826 × 1370; 16:9, 2109 × 1186; 16:10, 2000 × 1250; 3:2, 1937 × 1291; or 21:9 ultrawide, 2416 × 1036.
• Qualifying examples include 2048 × 1536; 2560 × 1440, 3840 × 2160, or 5120 × 2880; 2240 × 1400, 2560 × 1600, or 2880 × 1800; 2160 × 1440, 2256 × 1504, 2736 × 1824, or 3000 × 2000; and 2560 × 1080, 3440 × 1440, or 3840 × 1600.
• Built-in displays on 14-inch MacBook Pro models at 3024 × 1964 and 16-inch MacBook Pro models at 3456 × 2234 qualify.
• Dual-monitor setup: Two side-by-side displays captured as one spanning image. Two monitors at 1920 × 1080 or higher qualify; one 1080p display from a pair does not qualify on its own.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.

Compensation

• $55 to $65 per hour.
