Role Overview
Financial and credit advisors apply their professional experience to evaluate AI-generated financial content, assess model outputs for accuracy and relevance, and provide clear, structured feedback that improves how models understand financial advising tasks and language. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Review AI model responses related to financial advising, credit counseling, debt management, budgeting, and related topics, rating correctness and usefulness.
- Develop prompts that reflect real-world financial advising scenarios, then evaluate and compare model outputs against professional standards.
- Provide concise, structured feedback and examples to help refine model behavior and language in financial contexts.
- Document evaluations and reasoning clearly to support model training and quality assurance.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in financial advising, credit counseling, or related roles.
- Relevant examples of prior responsibilities that provide the context needed to evaluate and train models include: evaluating clients'' financial situations by reviewing income, debts, and expenses to develop personalized debt management plans and budgets; explaining financial services, policies, and strategies, including debt management programs and creditor negotiations, to help clients achieve financial stability and avoid bankruptcy or foreclosure; and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and financial activities.
- Ability to participate in asynchronous work in collaboration with AI research teams.
- Employment type: PART_TIME. Work is hourly, temporary, and project-based, and can be done alongside your primary employment.
- Location: Remote, asynchronous work from wherever you are located.
- Schedule: Flexible hours with no minimum commitment; most contributors average 5 to 20 hours per week.
- Typical tasks: creating field-relevant prompts, evaluating model responses, and delivering structured feedback.
- Placement into projects depends on availability; the program runs year-round and new project opportunities open periodically across different areas of expertise.

Eligibility- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Work with your Designated School Official to determine eligibility for a given project.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported.
