Nuclear Engineer for AI Model Training

Nuclear engineers can apply their expertise to contribute to AI research projects, providing valuable insights that enhance AI models in their field. This role allows professionals to leverage their extensive knowledge to evaluate AI outputs, assess relevant content, and deliver structured feedback that improves the model''s understanding of nuclear engineering tasks and terminology. The program operates year-round, offering flexible project opportunities across various areas of expertise.Key Responsibilities

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect the nuclear engineering field and evaluate their responses.
• Provide clear and structured feedback to strengthen AI models based on professional experience.
• Contribute to the assessment of AI outputs related to nuclear engineering tasks.
• Engage in independent work remotely, with flexible hours averaging between 5-20 hours per week.
• Participate in ongoing learning and skill development related to AI applications in nuclear engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in nuclear engineering or related fields, with responsibilities including:
• Designing or developing nuclear equipment, such as reactor cores or radiation shielding.
• Monitoring nuclear facility operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Initiating corrective actions or plant shutdowns during emergencies.
• Examining accidents to gather data for preventive measures.
• Directing operations of nuclear power plants to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
• Writing operational instructions and preparing technical reports based on analyses of test results.
• Conducting environmental studies related to nuclear power generation and waste disposal.
• Staying updated on developments in the nuclear field through research and technical literature.

Compensation

Up to $80/hr (depending on the project).
