Role Overview
As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing next-generation AI agents that push the boundaries of automation and machine learning. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects in a collaborative, remote environment, leveraging your programming expertise to train, refine, and deploy intelligent systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and optimize AI models and intelligent agents for diverse applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to training datasets, algorithm selection, and model evaluation.
- Apply advanced programming skills in Python, PHP, GoLang, JAVA, .NET, C++, or C# to build robust, scalable AI systems.
- Document technical processes and communicate findings through clear written and verbal reports.
- Continuously monitor AI agent performance to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and recommend innovative approaches for projects.
- 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following languages: Python, PHP, GoLang, JAVA, .NET, C++, or C#.
- Strong experience with developing and deploying AI or machine learning models.
- Proven ability to write clear documentation and effectively communicate complex concepts, both in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrated success in training AI systems using real-world datasets.
- Ability to collaborate remotely and work independently in a distributed team environment.
- Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Attention to detail and a passion for building high-impact AI solutions.
- Background in AI agent development or reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Experience working on large-scale, distributed AI systems.
- Contributions to open-source AI or machine learning projects.

CompensationHourly Rate: $50 - $120
