About this role

Role Overview

Design, run, and evaluate agentic AI coding workflows to help train next-generation models. You will plan, execute, document, and improve autonomous AI-powered coding tasks in real technical environments, producing concrete feedback and reproducible process documentation. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is the primary qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use autonomous AI coding agents to execute and document complex software engineering and technical workflows.
  • Plan, implement, debug, and refactor code in collaboration with AI agents, providing clear rationale and detailed feedback on outcomes.
  • Evaluate AI-generated code to identify errors, hallucinations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compare outputs from multiple AI systems, documenting differences in reasoning quality and coding performance.
  • Draft best practices and process documentation for effective AI agent workflows, emphasizing clarity in communication and reproducibility.
  • Provide practical feedback on agentic development environments, including coding assistants and automation tools.
  • Participate in hands-on exercises that demonstrate familiarity with AI-powered technical tasks relevant to modern workflows.
  • Contribute your domain expertise to help train and improve model behavior through high-quality, real-world input.
Qualifications
  • Required skills: AI agent workflows, autonomous AI, coding agents, code refactoring, prompt engineering, AI coding assistants, evaluation of AI-generated code.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate multi-step technical tasks to AI systems and iteratively refine results.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI collaboration patterns, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
  • Background in software engineering, DevOps, data science, ML engineering, or technical automation is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with agentic development environments and leading AI coding assistants, for example Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, especially in documenting workflows and providing actionable feedback.
  • Experience comparing, experimenting with, or reviewing multiple AI-powered development tools and systems.
