  • Plan, implement, debug, and refactor code in collaboration with AI agents, and record the rationale behind decisions and changes.
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, hallucinations, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compare outputs from multiple AI systems, documenting differences in reasoning quality and coding performance.
  • Draft best practices and process documentation for reliable, reproducible AI agent workflows that emphasize clear communication.
  • Provide practical feedback on agentic development environments, including coding assistants and automation tools.
  • Participate in hands-on exercises that demonstrate familiarity with AI-powered technical tasks relevant to modern workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience delegating multi-step technical tasks to AI systems and iteratively refining results.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI collaboration patterns, and methods for evaluating AI-generated outputs.
  • Background in software engineering, DevOps, data science, machine learning engineering, or technical automation.
  • Familiarity with agentic development environments and leading AI coding assistants, for example Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, or similar tools.
