Role Overview
Help advance next-generation AI systems by applying real-world technical expertise to agentic AI workflows. This remote contract role focuses on producing high-quality input, evaluations, and feedback that improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required, your technical domain knowledge is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities- Use autonomous AI coding agents to complete and document complex software engineering and technical workflows.
- Plan, implement, debug, and refactor code with AI agents, providing clear rationale and detailed feedback on results.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for errors, hallucinations, and improvement opportunities.
- Compare outputs from multiple AI systems and document findings on reasoning quality and coding performance.
- Create best practices and process documentation for effective, clear, and reproducible AI agent workflows.
- Provide practical feedback on agentic development environments, coding assistants, and automation tools.
- Complete practical exercises demonstrating hands-on familiarity with AI-powered technical tasks used in modern workflows.
- Proficiency in delegating multi-step technical work to AI systems and iteratively improving the results.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI collaboration patterns, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
- Background in software engineering, DevOps, data science, machine learning engineering, or technical automation.
- Familiarity with agentic development environments and AI coding assistants such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Gemini CLI.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, especially for documenting workflows and delivering actionable feedback.
- Experience comparing, experimenting with, or reviewing multiple AI-powered development tools and systems.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $70 to $126 per hour.
