Apply your accounting expertise to help improve AI systems that handle real-world accounting work. You will translate practical workflows, professional judgment, and technical knowledge into high-quality training data for a leading AI research organization.
Key Responsibilities- Create realistic accounting scenarios and tasks based on work such as financial statement preparation, reconciliations, journal entries, audit procedures, tax filings, month-end close, and internal controls.
- Assess AI-generated accounting work for accuracy, GAAP or IFRS compliance, and sound professional judgment.
- Develop structured examples that reflect how accounting professionals work through complex problems.
- Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance on accounting tasks.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, tax, bookkeeping, or finance operations, including public accounting, corporate or in-house, advisory, or firm environments.
- A CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, EA, or equivalent professional credential.
- A bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Comfort using common accounting tools, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Excel.
- Strong written communication skills and close attention to detail.
- Remote, hourly engagement.

- $80 to $120 per hour.
