Contribute your published creative and editorial expertise to improve advanced AI systems'' ability to generate nuanced, high-quality narrative content. You will review AI outputs across multiple long and short formats, apply narrative craft and editorial judgment, and deliver detailed feedback that raises coherence, originality, and stylistic precision. This is a remote, project-based, hourly engagement with flexible participation.
Key Responsibilities- Review and refine AI-generated content across articles, long form essays, novels, short stories, and other written formats
- Evaluate outputs for literary quality, structure, tone, voice, and thematic depth
- Provide detailed editorial feedback to improve coherence, originality, pacing, characterization, and overall readability
- 10+ years of experience in creative writing, including journalism, essays, novel writing, or short fiction
- A substantial body of published work, for example books, bylines, or multiple short stories in recognized outlets
- Work featured in respected literary publications, journals, anthologies, or professional productions
- Recipient of recognized literary awards, fellowships, or honors is preferred
- Experienced publishing and editorial professionals will also be considered, including book editors, acquisitions and developmental editors, literary agents, manuscript readers, literary scouts, documentary writers, speechwriters, memoir ghostwriters, and critics
- Exceptional command of narrative craft, including structure, voice, dialogue, and character development across formats
- Strong ability to critique and refine written work with attention to style, coherence, and thematic depth
- Remote, project-based role with flexible participation
- Hourly engagement, hours and schedule vary by project
- Opportunities are project-based and subject to project availability
Pay range: $75.00 to $100.00 per hour.
