Role Overview
Build responsive, accessible interfaces that support the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. You will contribute real-world engineering expertise to high-quality data, evaluations, and feedback that help AI systems learn, reason, and perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable UI components with React and TypeScript.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions.
- Turn complex business requirements into elegant, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
- Promote UI design, code-quality, and performance-optimization best practices throughout development.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor peers on front-end engineering standards.
- Identify and resolve UI and UX issues to improve product quality and usability.
- Contribute to technical discussions and documentation with clear written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Experience creating complex, responsive UI architectures.
- Strong modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a collaborative working style.
- Proficiency with Git and agile development practices.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working remotely with distributed or customer-facing teams.
- Knowledge of UI testing frameworks and end-to-end testing practices.
- Exposure to design systems and component-driven development workflows.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $30 to $80 per hour.
