Apply deep semiconductor and microelectronics expertise to create high quality technical inputs that train and evaluate next generation AI systems. You will analyze device physics, microfabrication processes, materials, and reliability methods, and translate complex engineering concepts into clear written and verbal explanations used for AI model training.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and provide insights on semiconductor device physics, operational principles, and recent advances.
- Evaluate and discuss microfabrication techniques, including process integration and yield optimization.
- Provide technical assessments on device scaling, performance modeling, and reliability methodologies.
- Review and critique materials used in electronic and semiconducting device fabrication.
- Create detailed written explanations and provide verbal clarifications of complex engineering concepts for AI training purposes.
- Deliver structured feedback on project data to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and other domain experts on the platform.
- Advanced degree, Master’s or PhD preferred, in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor device design, fabrication processes, and microelectronics engineering.
- Proven understanding of semiconductor physics, device modeling, and reliability testing.
- Hands on exposure to modern microfabrication and process integration techniques.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex topics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, focused on clear articulation of technical concepts.
- Prior contributions to technical publications, patents, or collaborative R and D projects is a plus.
- No prior experience in AI is required, domain knowledge is the primary qualification.
