Physician for AI Model Evaluation

Join a dynamic team of medical practitioners to evaluate health AI models in collaboration with a leading AI lab. In this role, you will assess model outputs related to diagnosis, clinical reasoning, and care workflows, contributing to the advancement of healthcare technology.

• Evaluate AI model outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and alignment with medical standards.
• Score diagnoses, case reasoning, and care recommendations against expert judgment.
• Write structured feedback on clarity, safety, and clinical rigor.
• Flag failure modes that compromise patient safety.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to improve model performance.

• 2+ years of clinical practice in the US.
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, public health, hospital-based, or mental health specialties (Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Nephrology, Occupational Medicine, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Psychiatry).
• MD or DO from a reputable medical school.
• Sharp attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Located in the US, UK, or Canada.

• Start Date: Immediate.
• Duration: 6 weeks.
• Commitment: Part-time, 20+ hours per week.

$150 per hour.
