Role Overview
Join a leading AI lab to enhance the capabilities of frontier models through high-quality legal reasoning data. This role focuses on designing realistic workplace scenarios, evaluating AI model outputs, and influencing how AI interprets employment disputes, workplace investigations, and labor matters.
Key Responsibilities- Design realistic workplace scenarios based on your legal practice, including EEOC charges, severance and non-compete drafting, harassment investigations, wage & hour analyses, NLRB matters, and employment policies.
- Write high-quality "golden" reference responses at an attorney level.
- Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model behavior.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
- 1, 4 years of professional experience in employment/labor law, whether at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or labor union.
- J.D. (U.S.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (active or inactive).
- Strong experience in areas such as EEOC charge response, wage & hour analysis, severance and non-compete drafting, harassment investigations, employee handbook drafting, NLRB proceedings, or collective bargaining.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with class action or wage and hour collective cases.
- Certification in workplace investigations (AWI-CH).
- Multi-state employment compliance experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS or case management tools.
- Minimum of 15 hours per week, ideally 40+ hours.
- Fully remote position, candidates must be based in the United States.
- Role starts immediately, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
$100, $150 per hour.
