As a General Counsel in a unique AI Fellowship, you will leverage your expertise in SaaS contract review and negotiation to refine next-generation legal AI systems, driving significant advancements in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, evaluating AI-generated suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance and output precision.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, annotation guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
This is a part-time, contract position with a flexible schedule. The minimum commitment is 5 hours per week, with a maximum of 20 hours per week. The fellowship duration is 1 month.
CompensationCompensation ranges from $80 to $105 per hour.
