Bilingual Russian Generalist, AI Safety

Role Overview

Help improve the safety of advanced AI models by applying Russian language fluency and cultural judgment to sensitive topics. You will evaluate how models respond in Russian and contribute to strengthening their handling of sensitive and dual use information. AI or machine learning experience is not required, and training will be provided for the workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Create expert level Russian language prompts across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Use structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Identify adversarial wording and escalation patterns, then document the reasoning behind your assessments.
• Use bilingual language skills and cultural context to assess and improve AI model safety in Russian.

Qualifications

• Native or near native Russian fluency and business level written English.
• Bachelor''s degree completed or currently in progress.
• Strong written reasoning skills and close attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when working with sensitive and dual use information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in Eastern Europe or another region where Russian is widely spoken. This is preferred but not required, and applicants based elsewhere are welcome.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.

Work Terms

• Remote hourly engagement.
• Immediate start date.

Compensation

$38 to $42 per hour.
