Role Overview
As a Visual & Brand Design Expert, you will play a crucial role in advancing frontier agent evaluations in visual design by creating long-horizon design tasks. These tasks will reflect your existing work and will be paired with a deterministic rubric to assess agent performance against established standards, including brand guidelines and accessibility criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop scenarios for brand system enforcement, auditing assets against defined guidelines for color, typography, spacing, and logo usage.
- Create spec-driven asset production outputs that meet required dimensions, formats, and element lists.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and technical standards, including WCAG AA contrast, font-size minimums, export specifications, and file size limits.
- Engage in challenging tasks that require long sessions of focused work.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design.
- A portfolio showcasing brand systems and polished visual craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), typography systems, brand guideline authorship, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ability to read and produce design artifacts, including brand guidelines, asset specifications, audit reports, and accessibility annotations.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.
This is a remote, hourly position.
CompensationCompensation ranges from $70 to $95 per hour, depending on domain depth and prior experience. Strong contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
