Remote Canva Specialist

As a Canva User/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in advancing AI training initiatives by leveraging your expertise in Canva. This remote position allows you to contribute to a dynamic data collection environment, shaping the future of creative AI capabilities.

• Utilize Canva to create, edit, and manage a variety of design assets for AI training purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, brand-consistent assets.
• Document design processes and decisions to support effective AI training and data annotation.
• Provide constructive feedback on Canva workflows and usability to enhance team effectiveness.
• Maintain organized repositories of creative materials and ensure proper version control for all design files.
• Communicate clearly and promptly via written and verbal channels to ensure project goals and updates are understood by stakeholders.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and contribute to team discussions focused on process improvement.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Canva at a user level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to follow guidelines and instructions precisely while maintaining creativity within set parameters.
