Role Overview
This role focuses on merging travel risk oversight with AI training and rubric development, evaluating and enhancing organizational responses to employee travel exposures in risk zones. Your expertise in crisis management will directly inform advanced AI models designed to support global workforce safety and resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop structured rubrics to assess AI outputs related to employee travel risk and exposure.
- Analyze data pertaining to employee travel in risk zones and generate scenario-based crisis response tasks.
- Contribute subject-matter expertise for AI model training, ensuring accurate reflection of real-world HR, security, and incident response protocols.
- Monitor emerging global threats and translate insights into actionable training data and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers, HR professionals, and security experts to refine workflows and improve rubric quality.
- Draft and edit concise, precise written guidance for both human and AI audiences.
- Review and provide feedback on rubric tasks to guarantee clarity, fairness, and relevance to enterprise travel risk.
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning within enterprise environments.
- Strong judgment and ability to plan and adapt multi-stage responses under uncertainty.
- Advanced understanding of HR, corporate security, and communication workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to design, write, and evaluate structured reasoning rubrics for AI model assessment.
- Experience monitoring employee travel risk, including risk zone analysis and policy development.
- Confidence working autonomously in a remote, cross-functional expert team.

CompensationHourly Rate: $30 - $50
