Role Overview
As a Growth Lead, you will spearhead innovative multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition and brand growth. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of demand generation strategy, optimize marketing spend, and craft compelling campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire demand marketing budget, optimizing spend and delivering clear, timely reports and budget proposals to the CMO.
- Create and execute dynamic marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social ads, landing pages, organic content, and AI-powered SEO articles.
- Develop and maintain benchmarks to measure success and iterate on marketing initiatives.
- Ideate, script, and manage engaging video content that captures brand voice and drives results.
- Write clear, persuasive copy for ads, social posts, landing pages, and all demand generation channels.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to evaluate and prioritize high-impact events for attendance or sponsorship.
- Explore and coordinate out-of-home marketing experiments, including billboards, local activations, programmatic ads, podcasts, and TV commercials.
- Strong command of marketing budget management, cost optimization, and ROI analysis.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional copywriting and written communication skills, with attention to verbal communication as well.
- Creative ideation and execution of video content, including scripting and messaging.
- Proficiency in paid social, organic social, landing page optimization, and SEO-driven content creation.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with partnerships or events teams.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and passionate about growth in startup environments.
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup or in a similar fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with out-of-home marketing and innovative brand-building tactics.
- Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years'' relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Full-time, remote position.
CompensationAnnual salary ranges from $75,000 to $150,000.
