Role Overview
As a RevOps Expert, you will play a pivotal role in advancing frontier agent evaluations in revenue operations by building long-horizon operational tasks. Each task will be designed to reflect your existing work, paired with a deterministic rubric that objectively grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop scenarios for:
- Pipeline and forecasting: Conduct hygiene audits against defined rules, perform forecast accuracy calculations, and categorize win/loss data based on a rule set.
- GTM infrastructure: Create lead routing and scoring systems based on specifications, and design territory plans that adjust to meet target quota distributions.
- Compensation and analytics: Calculate commissions with known payouts and perform attribution math using specified models.
- Engage in challenging tasks that require long sessions of focused work.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce or HubSpot administration, pipeline analytics (SQL + BI tools), commission modeling, territory design, or attribution modeling.
- Ability to read and produce RevOps artifacts, including pipeline reports, territory plans, commission models, routing flows, and attribution readouts.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.
This is a remote position with an hourly employment type.
CompensationThe hourly rate ranges from $70 to $95, depending on domain expertise and prior experience. Strong contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on the quality and throughput of their tasks.
