Computational Biologist for AI Research Quality Evaluation

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Quantitative Problem Design and Solutioning:

• Develop and conceptualize original, research-grade or graduate-level scientific problems using Python for scientific coding and programming.
• Define problem categories, assign secondary tags, and determine appropriate difficulty levels rigorously.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and logical coherence of solutions through sound principles and thorough problem-solving techniques.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration:

• Participate in two-tier reviews, meticulously evaluating the accuracy of both problems and their solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with reviewers and team leads, proactively incorporating feedback to refine content and enhance overall quality.

Qualifications:

• PhD or PhD Candidates in Computational Biology.
• At least one published peer-reviewed paper.
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming for scientific coding is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.

Work Terms:

• Commitment of 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap in PST.
• Contractor assignment/freelancer status (no medical or paid leave).
• Contract duration of 8 weeks, with an expected start date next week.
• Remote work available in Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Turkey, and Vietnam.
