As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of next-generation AI systems. Your expertise will directly influence how models learn, reason, and perform by integrating high-quality, real-world inputs. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely on a part-time basis, allowing you to contribute your domain knowledge without requiring prior experience in AI.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Facilitate agile product development processes using tools such as Jira and Linear.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate vision, progress, and priorities with clarity.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Monitor product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in product management tools, especially Jira and Linear.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Expertise in collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
- Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
- Demonstrated success in scaling products for global teams and markets.
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Part-time, remote position.
Compensation:$40 - $80 per hour.
