Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Facilitate agile product development processes using tools such as Jira and Linear.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate vision, progress, and priorities with clarity.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and differentiation.
  • Monitor product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in product management tools, especially Jira and Linear.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Expertise in collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
  • Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling products for global teams and markets.
  • Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
