About this role
As a Personal Productivity Expert, you will play a crucial role in advancing frontier agent evaluations in personal productivity by creating long-horizon life-admin tasks. These tasks will emulate the responsibilities of a skilled Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, each accompanied by a deterministic rubric that assesses agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for building scenarios that include:
- Inbox and commitments: Conduct email triage based on defined priority rules, and extract commitments with a verifiable list of promises made and received.
- Scheduling: Manage calendar operations while adhering to feasibility constraints and stated preferences.
- Information organization: Classify files and photos according to a defined taxonomy, and create project trackers with required fields.
These scenarios will be complex and require extended periods of focused work.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar high-context support role for busy principals.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: principal-level inbox management (Gmail, Outlook, Superhuman), large-scale calendar triage, personal knowledge systems (Notion, Apple Notes, Evernote), and file/photo organization (iCloud, Google Photos).
- Ability to read and produce life-admin artifacts such as triaged inboxes, commitment trackers, event plans, and file taxonomies.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.
This is a remote position with an hourly employment structure.
CompensationCompensation ranges from $55 to $75 per hour, depending on domain expertise and prior experience. High-performing contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
