About this role
As a Personal Logistics & Planning Expert, you will play a crucial role in advancing frontier agent evaluations in personal logistics by creating long-horizon planning tasks. These tasks will reflect real-world scenarios you are familiar with, each accompanied by a deterministic rubric to assess agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Your work will focus on developing scenarios that require checkable answers, avoiding subjective judgments.
Key Responsibilities- Design travel scenarios involving multi-stop trips that adhere to budget, calendar, and travel-time constraints.
- Create household logistics tasks, including contractor shortlists filtered by defined criteria and move checklists aligned with required tasks.
- Coordinate event planning scenarios that manage multi-party availability and location constraints.
- Engage in challenging tasks that require sustained focus over extended periods.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel planning, concierge services, executive support, or project management.
- Expertise in complex travel planning, contractor shortlisting and vetting, household move coordination, or multi-party event planning.
- Proficient in reading and producing logistics documents such as itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, and comparison tables.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.
This is a remote position with an hourly employment type.
CompensationCompensation ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, depending on your domain expertise and prior experience. High-performing contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
