As a Personal Learning & Career Expert, you will play a crucial role in advancing frontier agent evaluations in career and learning by developing structured tasks that reflect real-world career and study scenarios. Your work will involve creating long-horizon tasks paired with deterministic rubrics to assess agent performance against verifiable ground truth, ensuring that all tasks have checkable answers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop career artifacts, including resumes that accurately reflect work history and job descriptions tailored to required keyword lists.
- Create interview preparation materials, including STAR stories derived from verified background files and question preparation covering necessary competencies for target roles.
- Design study plans that consider exam dates and available hours, along with content summaries that include fact-checkable key points from source materials.
- Engage in challenging tasks that require long sessions of focused work.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, instructional design, or a related field.
- Expertise in areas such as ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation frameworks (STAR, CARL), study plan construction, and major standardized exam preparation.
- Proficient in creating and reviewing career and learning artifacts, including tailored resumes, interview prep packets, study plans, and content summaries.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.
This is an hourly position with flexible remote work arrangements.
CompensationThe hourly rate ranges from $55 to $75, depending on your domain expertise and prior experience. High-performing contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
