Mathematics Content Developer

As a Mathematics Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing AI model performance by authoring, reviewing, and annotating technical tasks focused on mathematics problems. This position involves creating original problem sets that incorporate mathematical diagrams, graphs, and geometric figures, writing reference solutions, and implementing structured quality checks to ensure accuracy and clarity.

• Develop and review technical tasks for evaluating AI models on mathematics problems.
• Create original problem sets featuring mathematical diagrams, graphs, and geometric figures.
• Write clear and comprehensive reference solutions.
• Conduct structured quality checks to maintain high standards of task quality.

• PhD in Mathematics, or MS in Mathematics with 3+ years of teaching, research, or applied work, or BS in Mathematics with 5+ years of tutoring, contest coaching, or applied math experience.
• Working fluency in at least two areas of mathematics, such as real analysis, algebra, topology, probability, combinatorics, or differential equations.
• Ability to read and interpret mathematical diagrams, graphs, and geometric figures.
• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. The role is fully remote and compensated on an hourly basis.

The starting rate is $72 per hour, with opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
