About this role

Role Overview

Join an innovative initiative to build realistic enterprise environments for training and evaluating frontier AI agents. As a manufacturing and consumer goods expert, you will leverage your extensive experience from Fortune 500 companies to recreate the digital workspaces you navigate daily. Your role will involve designing tasks that challenge state-of-the-art AI, using your expertise in large-scale production operations, brand-level product management, and cross-functional supply chain work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct a realistic digital workspace based on the Drive folders you use regularly, including production reports, brand P&L models, S&OP decks, supplier scorecards, BOMs, SOPs, and relevant email threads, along with representations of enterprise applications like SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
  • Design multi-step tasks rooted in your actual workflows that require navigating multiple applications, files, and stakeholders, effectively challenging frontier AI agents.
  • Collaborate with fellow manufacturing and consumer packaged goods experts to design the environment, shape task scope, and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
  • Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for manufacturing-domain agent benchmarks.
  • Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking, directly influencing how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.
Ideal Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-time experience at a Fortune 500 or comparable large enterprise (e.g., P&G, Unilever, PepsiCo, Nestlé, 3M, Kimberly-Clark, or a Tier-1 contract manufacturer).
  • Experience in areas such as plant operations, production management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, supply chain planning, R&D, product development, or brand management with P&L ownership.
  • Proficiency in enterprise tools like SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, and Tableau/Power BI.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, CPIM, or CSCP are a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and writing skills, with the ability to translate enterprise workflows into structured task specifications.
Compensation Note

This project will start with an effective hourly rate, transitioning to a compensation model based on the throughput of quality work rather than a flat accruing hourly rate.
