Role Overview
Join a dynamic team of experienced management consultants focused on delivering high-impact solutions in strategy, operations, and financial advisory. In this role, you will collaborate with decision-makers at fast-paced companies to identify complex challenges, develop analytical frameworks, and implement actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses and analytical frameworks.
- Develop financial models, market sizing analyses, competitive benchmarks, and unit-economics evaluations.
- Synthesize findings into executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, memos, and dashboards.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and collaborative sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Assist in implementation planning and change management as required by specific engagements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, Big Four strategy arms, or comparable tier-1 boutiques such as L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger, or Parthenon).
- Strong expertise in at least one area: corporate strategy, operations/performance improvement, corporate finance, commercial due diligence, or go-to-market strategy.
- Proficient in structured problem-solving, financial modeling in Excel, and executive-level communication.
- Able to manage workstreams independently in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
- An MBA or equivalent graduate degree from a top program is advantageous.
This position is strictly focused on general management consulting. We are not hiring for:
- IT consultants or technology consulting generalists.
- Systems integrators or technology implementation consultants.
- ERP/SAP/Oracle/Salesforce/Workday implementation consultants.
- Cloud migration, DevOps, or infrastructure consultants.
- Engagements primarily centered on software delivery, IT infrastructure, or technical implementation.
Candidates with consulting experience primarily in IT advisory, technology implementation, or systems integration will not be considered, regardless of their firm''s reputation.
