About this role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing frontier agent evaluations in finance by developing long-horizon finance tasks that reflect your existing expertise. Each task will be accompanied by a deterministic rubric to assess agent performance against verifiable ground truth, ensuring that all scenarios have checkable answers without subjective judgment.
Key Responsibilities- Planning: Create budgets that align with targets, develop headcount plans that reconcile with hiring strategies, and establish unit economics that connect to source data.
- Management Reporting: Construct variance bridges with fixed ground-truth decomposition and develop board-pack KPIs with defined calculations.
- Operating Finance: Design driver-based operating expense walks and scenario models with specified inputs and expected outputs.
These scenarios will be complex and require extended periods of focused work.
Qualifications- BS or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- Expertise in budget building and rollup, variance analysis, driver-based planning, and EPM tooling (such as Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment).
- Proficient in reading and producing finance documents, including budgets, forecast packs, variance bridges, board decks, and headcount models.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
This is a remote, hourly position.
CompensationThe hourly rate ranges from $75 to $100, depending on domain depth and prior experience. Strong contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
