Role Overview

Join an innovative initiative to build realistic enterprise environments for training and evaluating frontier AI agents. This role invites experienced professionals from Fortune 500 banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and insurers to leverage their expertise in sales, relationship management, and marketing strategy. You will recreate the digital workspaces of major financial institutions and design tasks that challenge state-of-the-art AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct a realistic digital workspace based on your daily tools, including pitch decks, client briefs, segment plans, campaign calendars, compliance-reviewed materials, pipeline reviews, and email threads, while incorporating relevant platforms such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Design multi-step tasks that reflect your actual workflows, requiring navigation across various applications, files, and stakeholders to effectively challenge frontier AI agents.
  • Collaborate with fellow financial-services sales and marketing experts to shape the environment, define task scope, and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
  • Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and establish evaluation criteria for financial-services agent benchmarks.
  • Contribute to cutting-edge AI research and benchmarking, with your work directly influencing how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.
Ideal Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in sales, relationship management, or marketing within a Fortune 500 bank, wealth or asset manager, or insurer.
  • Experience in areas such as:
    • Wealth management or private banking relationship management
    • Corporate or commercial banking coverage or treasury services sales
    • Asset management distribution, RIA channel, or institutional sales
    • Retail banking marketing, segment strategy, or campaign management
    • Compliance-reviewed marketing, FINRA-registered communications, or insurance marketing
  • Series 6/7/63/65/66 or insurance licenses are a plus; familiarity with FINRA/SEC marketing rules is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, HubSpot/Marketo, and Tableau/Power BI.
  • Strong analytical thinking and writing skills, with the ability to translate financial sales and marketing workflows into structured task specifications.
Compensation Note

This project will initially offer an effective hourly rate, transitioning to a compensation model based on the throughput of quality work rather than a flat hourly rate.
