About this role

- Production Coordination: Route creative intake based on defined owner maps and create handoff packets with necessary fields.
- Localization: Generate string lists for specified locales aligned with a defined glossary that includes accurate translations.
These scenarios will be complex and require extended periods of focused work.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative operations, design production, or content operations.
- Proficiency in one or more areas such as DAM administration (e.g., Bynder, Frontify, Brandfolder), creative workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Airtable), Figma file management, or localization vendor coordination.
- Ability to read and produce creative operations artifacts, including briefs, routing flows, file trees, and localization specifications.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
This is a remote, hourly position.
CompensationCompensation ranges from $50 to $70 per hour, depending on your domain expertise and prior experience. High-performing contributors have the opportunity for promotion based on the quality and throughput of their tasks.
