Role Overview
As a B2B Sales Expert, you will play a pivotal role in advancing frontier agent evaluations in B2B sales by collaborating with leading AI labs. Your primary responsibility will be to create long-horizon selling tasks that reflect real-world sales activities, each accompanied by a deterministic rubric to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop scenarios for various sales stages, including:
- Top-of-funnel: Create ICP lists filtered against defined criteria and account research briefs with populated required fields from source data.
- Deal execution: Draft proposals and SOWs with necessary sections and accurate pricing, ensuring redlines resolve to pre-defined fallback positions.
- Forecasting: Fill out MEDDIC/MEDDPICC against a seeded deal pack and categorize forecasts according to established rules.
- Engage in challenging tasks that require long sessions of focused work.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR leadership, or customer success within mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: sales frameworks (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message), CRM operations (Salesforce, HubSpot), outbound sales strategies (Outreach, Salesloft), renewals, and QBRs.
- Ability to read and produce various sales artifacts, including call plans, proposals, SOW redlines, QBR decks, and forecast narratives.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
- Must be located in the United States or Canada.
This is a remote position with an hourly employment type.
CompensationCompensation ranges from $55 to $80 per hour, depending on domain expertise and prior experience. Strong contributors will have opportunities for promotion based on task quality and throughput.
