- Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Word and PDF, utilizing advanced features such as tracked changes and data extraction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals, to meet diverse project needs.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations suitable for Fortune 500 standards.
- Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with designated guidelines in all written deliverables.
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication with project stakeholders and team members.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents, including tracked changes and data extraction.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables.
- Proven record of producing high-quality, client-ready outputs.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Prior involvement in legal, healthcare, policy, or financial operations document workflows.
- Active publication or presentation record in academic or industry settings.
This is a contractor position available for both full-time and part-time engagement, allowing for flexible remote work.
Compensation:Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $60, commensurate with experience.
