Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify project requirements and resolve language-related issues.
  • Identify linguistic nuances, ambiguities, and potential challenges within Vietnamese data.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of annotation guidelines and best practices.
  • Communicate findings, feedback, and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Participate in remote meetings to share expertise and support ongoing language-related discussions.
Qualifications
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic usage.
  • Professional-level English proficiency for communication and documentation.
  • Experience in data annotation, linguistic quality assurance, translation, transcription, or related language roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for annotation and remote collaboration.
